The Burk Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing assistance in bringing families to visit their military sons and daughters where they live and serve.

To honor the memory of SrA Ian A. Burkhiser, his father created The Burk Foundation because he loved visiting Ian at McGuire Air Force Base and experiencing Ian's life. When his father visited, Ian showed great pride in sharing his job at POL and introducing his father to his friends and fellow military men and women. His father is dedicated to continuing this experience for other service men and women and their families because he saw how much it meant to Ian and will continue to provide meaningful experiences for others like him.
